Virginia-Highland — NO CAR FEST
The plan for this event is to host a “No Car Fest”. People who attend this event without using their cars (public transportation, ride-sharing, bike, walking, etc) can get a free ticket. And the way to get this free ticket is to take a selfie on their way.
The event focus on families and foodies ( which can be young families/ families of the students in local school/ people who love foods).
